DAY 11. Who did you have lunch with today?

 

I had lunch alone today. I had appointment lunch with my aunt actually, but I don’t want to go thers cus It’s not good for my diet. I just had diet lunchbox alone at home. Having meal with someone that not good for diet.

Eat out is always high kalrois and not healthy I think.
